What does Tetchy Tech do with devices that have been reported as lost or stolen?

Tetchy Tech does not purchase devices that have been reported as lost or stolen. In the event that we receive a device that has been reported as lost or stolen, we will work with law enforcement if they request the any information or the device from us. Otherwise, the device will be returned and no payment will be issued.

If your device was lost or stolen, make sure that you report it as such to your service provider and local law enforcement. This will render the device as being unable to be activated by another person.
