When will my free shipping kit arrive?

After submitting an order to sell a device to Tetchy Tech, we will mail you a free shipping kit that you can use to pack, secure, and ship your device back to our facility.

We send the free shipping kit to you in the mail via USPS. This box arrives pre-assembled and will have a pre-paid USPS label inside of it. Simply put your device in the bubble bag provided and place it between the two sheets of foam. Then place the new return shipping label over the one already on the outside of the box.

The box typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive after you place your order, if you have not received it or it was received damaged simply let us know and we can have another sent right away.
