What happens after I ship my device(s) to Tetchy Tech?

Typically, once dropped off at the post office, it takes about 2-3 business days to receive your shipping kit at our facility. Once at our facility, we inspect, test, process and pay you for your trade-in within 2-3 business days. When we submit payment to you, E-check and PayPal are instant and the quickest ways to get paid. Physical checks are delivered to you by a USPS first class letter, so please allow an additional 3-4 business days for receipt.

The best way to prevent delays is to make sure your package is scanned at the post office when dropped off, and then watch your email inbox carefully. We recommend checking your email daily to avoid any miscommunication.

You should also check with us if you need any help determining the condition of your item, or if you are unsure of the account status on your phone.

PLEASE NOTE: If there is an active account on your phone it can cause significant delays as well as a possible adjustment of the amount offered.
