What if I don't include my removable battery with my trade-in order?

With non-Apple cell phones, most offers will not change due to a forgotten removable battery. There are a few select models which have unique and expensive batteries which, if missing, will affect the price we are able to offer for your device. Should a missing battery affect the price of your order, we will contact you with the revised quote at the time of processing.
