FAQ

I received an email notification saying my payment was issued but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

Please make sure you take into account the processing time based on the payment method you chose. As a reminder:

Checks typically takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive. If you do not receive a check within 10 days it may be because USPS sent it back to us. If we suspect this may be the case, we will stop payment on the first check issued and then mail out another after confirming your mailing address with you.

PayPal payments are instant and should arrive in your account immediately. You should also get an email notification from Paypal informing you of the payment. Sometimes Paypal has a delay in sending these email notifications out and it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you have not received the funds it is most likely due to your account not being verified or being unable to accept transfers. Please contact PayPal customer support to resolve any issues with your account. You can also request a change in payment address or payment method if you are having difficulties with your PayPal account.

E-Check payments are also instant. E-Checks are digital checks that arrive at your email address, can be printed out, and can then be cashed at your bank. These email messages are sometimes filtered as spam depending on your email provider so be sure to check your spam folder as well as your inbox. If you are unable to find it, please contact us.
