I included an accessory with my trade-in, will I get paid extra for that?

We encourage customers to refrain from sending ANY accessories. If you would prefer to also include the charger, cable, case, or other accessories, we will recycle them for you. Accessories cannot be returned once received by our facility. This includes headphones, protective cases, charge mats, retail boxes, manuals, batteries, chargers, cables, or any accessory not explicitly requested in our offer.
